ZG-90 Anti-Rust Aerosol Silver Paint With Zinc – 500ml

Repair coating for galvanised metal. Extremely fast drying time, allowing for minimal job downtime. Colour matched to newly galvanised metal. High zinc content. Supplied with two spray actuators, a jet spray for fast application in windy exterior location, and a cone spray for more precise location application. Does not need an undercoat or top coat. Meets three national performance standards ASTMB 117 hot salt spray, BS AU 148:PT 14 (1969) natural weathering, and DIN EN ISO 12944-1 corrosion protection of steel structures.
Typical applications: Ductwork, Railings, Exterior steel work, Cable trunking and trays. Exterior surfaces of steel tanks. Protecting on site repair cut surfaces.

ZG-90 zinc phosphate enhanced paints which prime and top-coat in one application. Provides a superior combination of good drying time, great coverage & solid opacity. Demonstrates superior corrosion protection (meets ISO 12944-2, cat. C3, tested to ASTM B117) and adhesion (tested to ISO 2409:0). The paints are RAL matched for accurate and consistent colour reproduction with a longlasting satin finish.
